Oil/Water Separation System

Technowash industrial, stainless steel, oil/water separation systems – prolong the life expectancy of your detergent wash solution up to 10 times

Ideally suited for use with wash systems with large volume fluid tanks and high component throughput such as Technowash frontload wash systems and conveyor type spray wash plant.

Technowash oil/water separators greatly improve the life expectancy of the wash solution by removing ALL of the floating oils from the wash solution.

The oil separators pump continuously draws the contaminated solution from out of the wash systems fluid tank up into the separator, where the oil is separated from the detergent wash solution.

The 'cleaned' wash solution is then fed back into the wash systems fluid tank ready for re-use, and the waste oil is then fed into a separate chamber within the separator body ready for disposal.

The main advantage over the disc type oil skimmers is that unlike disc type oil skimmers the oil/water separators can be used continuously while the wash system is in operation.
