The ECOLOGY AVD 1000

In response to ever increasing Environmental and Health & Safety Constraints, Technowash offer the latest range of Solvent Vapour Degreasing Systems. The ECOLOGY AVD range of advanced vapour degreasing machines combine sophistication with practicality. Their unique design incorporates many new patented design features intended to maximise cleaning and performance, whilst minimising solvent escape. The range extends to over six different types of machine, from small open top to large, fully enclosed equipment.

The ECOLOGY 1000 AVD includes a fully enclosed capsulated canopy system. The process incorporates fully automatic handling, thus maintaining total controllability throughtout its cycle. The process has the facility to operate with full activated carbon solvent absorption system.

   o Engine and turned parts (Optical Ultrasonic Immersion)

The ECOLOGY AVD 2000

The ECOLOGY AVD 2000 is the largest machine in the range. The highly efficient process has already out-performed any known machine in its class. A well-known Aerospace company has since installing the Ecology AVD 2000, reduced the annual solvent consumption from 22 tonnes of solvent to less than 1 tonne (as shown in the graph below).

Effective Dimensions

2000mm x 1000mm x 1000mm The AVD process can incorporate immersion ultrasonics.

Typical Applications

   o Large components
   o General sheet metal and steel components up to 200kg
   o All machines are manufactured in stainless steel and fully comply to European Safety Standards
