Dunk Wash Systems
AQIM range of industrial pneumatic dunk wash degreasing systems
The Technowash range of dunk wash systems use a combination of mains water, which is
heated internally, and biodegradable detergents. These systems can be used to wash and
degrease a wide range of component parts.
The parts to be cleaned are placed straight onto the component support platform or into a mesh
component basket and are then lowered into the heated cleaning solution via an air-powered
cylinder.
The air cylinder then moves the payload up and down in a vertical motion while the components
are submerged. This flushing force results in a fast and effective cleaning action, which is
ideal for cleaning internal and external surfaces of tubular and intricate castings and subassemblies.
 An additional Ultrasonic package can be added to further enhance the cleaning performance.
